In her work as the Manager of the Employee Assistance Program for a large academic health system, Lauren developed a niche supporting high performers in managing the job stress, anxiety, depression, and self-doubt that often plagues perfectionists, people pleasers, and high performers. Lauren founded Invited Psychotherapy and Coaching with the intention of helping high performers live a more values-aligned, authentic life.  Lauren's approach to psychotherapy, in addition to speaking and writing, integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.  She believes that her clients already have the answers they seek, and she can help them clear away the fear and other debris that clouds those answers.

Gretchen is passionate about helping people become more mindful and present. As a counselor, she helps clients heal from past experiences, to create space for growth and change. She also supports clients who "feel stuck" work on their true purpose and meaning in life.  Whether or not you have had previous experience with therapy, it is Gretchen's goal to meet you where you are at this moment, and to work to build a collaborative treatment plan to help reach your unique goals. Her approach is strengths-based and is rooted in positive psychology; it integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, Adlerian and Gottman approaches. Gretchen's overall goal is for her clients to feel empowered and validated.

Carla's passion, training, and experience intersect at the human connection. Alongside her work in mental health and wellness, Carla brings nearly two decades of experience as a consulting professional. By extending her skills forged in the corporate world, combined with her own life experience and formal training, she brings a multi-faceted perspective to address the wide variety of complex issues and empower diverse populations to promote optimal wellness and growth.  With an integrative approach rooted in REBT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions, Carla works to promote strength, resilience, hope, and wellness.  Carla will meet you where you are with empathy and respect to help you gain the insight, clarity, and tools to move forward confidently.

Kjersten believes that growth and healing occur within the therapeutic relationship.  Therefore, she strives to foster a safe and brave space built upon authenticity and trust.  She has experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults, addressing issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment, relationship issues, codependency, attachment styles, grief and loss.  She views her clients holistically, and with a humanistic lens, to gain an understanding of their experience.  Her theoretical orientations are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  Her focus is to help bring hope and change to her clients' perception of their lives.

Specializing in work with couples and new parents, Erica strives to provide a safe and empathetic space for her clients to feel heard, seen, and supported as they work towards growth and healing in their lives. Utilizing an eclectic approach to care, her work is influenced by attachment theory and solution-focused therapy. Erica places a high value on self-care and building healthy connections with others by paying special attention to the individual health of a client as well as the health of the relationships in their lives. She will partner with you to become the most empowered version of yourself as you achieve your goals and find a balanced life that works for you. Erica is also board certified in Health and Wellness Coaching and offers coaching sessions for those who want to transform their lifestyle to achieve their health goals in a sustainable way that garners lasting results.
